一、中國(guó)人民大學(xué)食品法教席簡(jiǎn)介
中國(guó)人民大學(xué)食品法教席設(shè)立于2015年，旨在推動(dòng)中國(guó)人民大學(xué)食品安全治理協(xié)同創(chuàng)新中心有關(guān)食品安全治理相關(guān)教學(xué)和科研工作的開(kāi)展，進(jìn)而加快提升我國(guó)食品安全治理能力與水平。教席以實(shí)現(xiàn)食品安全治理體系和治理能的現(xiàn)代化為目標(biāo)，匯聚和培養(yǎng)食品安全治理專(zhuān)門(mén)人才，強(qiáng)化學(xué)科交叉融合，完成重大科研任務(wù)，提升人才、學(xué)科、科研三位一體的核心能力。
二、招聘崗位
崗位：教席研究員
崗位職責(zé)：
1、參與推動(dòng)中國(guó)食品安全法律相關(guān)的科學(xué)研究和教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展；
2、參與推動(dòng)中國(guó)食品安全治理相關(guān)法律政策的完善；
3、參與推動(dòng)中國(guó)食品安全執(zhí)法能力的建設(shè)；
4、參與推動(dòng)中國(guó)食品安全相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的合作共治；
5、參與推動(dòng)中國(guó)消費(fèi)者在食品安全領(lǐng)域的科普宣傳與公眾參與；
6、為有關(guān)單位提供非法律顧問(wèn)身份的法律政策咨詢(xún)意見(jiàn)；
7、接收委派為有關(guān)單位提供食品安全相關(guān)的法律政策培訓(xùn)和講座；
8、協(xié)助食品安全治理協(xié)同創(chuàng)新中心開(kāi)展學(xué)術(shù)交流與國(guó)際交流活動(dòng)；
9、協(xié)助教席教授開(kāi)展科研、教學(xué)等學(xué)術(shù)活動(dòng)。
任職條件：
1、已在國(guó)內(nèi)外知名大學(xué)獲得法學(xué)博士學(xué)位或其他相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)博士學(xué)位，并在以英語(yǔ)為母語(yǔ)的國(guó)家或地區(qū)獲得一個(gè)以上學(xué)位；
2、已在國(guó)內(nèi)外知名大學(xué)、科研機(jī)構(gòu)或國(guó)際組織從事食品法、農(nóng)業(yè)法、行政法、環(huán)境法等相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的教學(xué)、科研工作，并擔(dān)任副教授及以上或其他相當(dāng)職務(wù)；
3、具有三年及以上從事食品安全治理相關(guān)法律政策的教學(xué)、科研或法律實(shí)務(wù)的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
4、任職期間內(nèi)平均每學(xué)年能夠開(kāi)設(shè)兩門(mén)以上食品法相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的課程；在任職期內(nèi)平均每年能夠在SSCI或SCI刊物上發(fā)表論文一篇；
5、中英文嫻熟，能夠作為工作語(yǔ)言；
6、能夠協(xié)助教席教授開(kāi)展并完成與食品安全治理相關(guān)的科研、教學(xué)、培訓(xùn)、講座等相關(guān)工作；
7、參與食品安全治理協(xié)同創(chuàng)新中心相關(guān)科研、教學(xué)和外事交流工作。

I Introduction of Food Safety Law Chair in RUC
Food Safety Law Chair in Renmin University of China (RUC) has been established in 2015, with the purpose of promoting teaching and research regarding food safety governance in Food Safety Governance Center, RUC, and thus improving the abilities and capacities of food safety governance in China.
Aimed at realizing modernization of food safety governance system and food safety governance ability, the Chair strives to gather and cultivate specialized talents, strengthen cross-discipline integration and build a research platform led by significant tasks, hence the core abilities of talents, disciplines and researches could be promoted.
II Recruiting Position
Position: Research Fellow
Job Description:
i. Participating in driving China’s research and education development on food safety laws and regulations;
ii. Participating in promoting the completeness of law and policy of
China’ food safety governance;
iii. Participating in contributing to China’s food safety law enforcement capacities building;
iv. Participating in advocating the co-governance through joint efforts along the relevant industry chain for the sake of food safety;
v. Participating in promoting the engagement of the Chinese consumers in the scientific popularization and public participation in the food domain;
vi. Participating in providing counsel to relevant units regarding food safety law, regulations and policies as non-legal consultant;
vii. Participating in conducting workshops and trainings for relevant units, concerning the interpretations of food safety law, regulations and policies as well as the trends of law enforcement;
viii. Assist Center for Coordination and Innovation of Food Safety Governance to carry out academic and international activities;
ix. Assist distinguished professor/professor to develop research, teaching and other initiatives.
Eligibility and Conditions:
i. Applicants shall have obtained Ph.D degree at domestic or foreign universities, and shall obtain at least one degree in English-speaking countries or regions;
ii. Applicants shall have the experience in teaching or researching on food safety law, agriculture law, administrative law, environmental law, etc, in native or international universities, institutions, or organizations, with holding the posts of associate professor and above or any other posts at corresponding level;
iii. Applicants shall have the experience in food safety governance field at least three years;
iv. During the tenure, applicants shall offer at least two courses related with food safety law in each academic year, and shall average publish one paper on SSCI or SCI every year;
v. English and Chinese could be the working language;
vi. Applicants shall assist the Chair professor in developing and completing researches, teaching, training, lectures and other related work;
vii. Applicants shall participate in the researches, teaching, and other foreign affairs of Food Safety Governance Center.
III Grant
i. Rank and salary will be contingent on qualifications.
ii. Access to a work space and necessary facilities.
iii. Access to the law library and other university libraries.
