北京大學(xué)法學(xué)院以強大的國內(nèi)外師資和科研團隊為依托，于2014年創(chuàng)立“Global & Comparative Law”系列課程項目。國際知名法律學(xué)者和高端實務(wù)人士開設(shè)全英文的全球化與比較法律課程和前沿講座，使北大法學(xué)院學(xué)生加深了對全球化與法治的理解，開拓了國際化視野和法律思維，增進了國際化法律知識儲備，提升了處理國際化法律實務(wù)的實踐能力。

埃里克·索爾海姆先生是聯(lián)合國前副秘書長和聯(lián)合國環(huán)境規(guī)劃署前執(zhí)行主任，“一帶一路”國際綠色發(fā)展聯(lián)盟咨詢委員會召集人，中國環(huán)境與發(fā)展國際合作委員會（CCICED）理事會成員。他是全球著名的環(huán)境和發(fā)展領(lǐng)域的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者。他畢業(yè)于奧斯陸大學(xué)，擁有歷史和社會學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位。2016年至2018年，他擔(dān)任聯(lián)合國副秘書長和聯(lián)合國環(huán)境規(guī)劃署執(zhí)行主任。他曾于2013年至2016年擔(dān)任經(jīng)合組織發(fā)展援助委員會主席，于2007年至2012年擔(dān)任挪威環(huán)境部長，于2005年至2007年擔(dān)任挪威國際發(fā)展部長。
索爾海姆是全球著名的環(huán)境和發(fā)展領(lǐng)域的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者。他一直大力支持中國生態(tài)保護工作，并不遺余力地向國際社會宣傳中國生態(tài)文明建設(shè)成就。在其出任聯(lián)合國環(huán)境規(guī)劃署執(zhí)行主任期間，在環(huán)境領(lǐng)域貢獻突出，并獲得聯(lián)合國最高環(huán)保榮譽“地球衛(wèi)士獎”。
Erik Solheim is former Under-Secretary-General of UN and former Executive Director of the United Nations Environment Programme, Convener of Advisory Committee of BRI International Green Development Coalition, CCICED Council Member. He graduated from the University of Oslo with a bachelor' s degree in history and sociology. From 2016 to 2018, he served as Under-Secretary - General of the United Nations and Executive Director of UN Environment Programme. He was the Chairman of theOECD Development Assistance Committee during 2013-2016; Minister of the Environment of Norway from 2007 to 2012; Norwegian Minister for International Development from 2005 to 2007.
Mr. Solheim is a renowned global leader in environment and development. He has always been a strong supporter of China’s ecological and environmental protection work and spared relentless effort in promoting China’s ecological civilization to the international community. During his tenure as the Executive Director of the UNEP, he has made outstanding contributions to the environment protection cause and has been awarded the “Champion of the Earth” award, the highest honor in the environmental protection sector.

本次講座中，開講學(xué)者將分享其對于全球可持續(xù)發(fā)展與全球環(huán)境與氣候治理的前沿觀察，以及中國未來在綠色低碳發(fā)展方面的機遇。
